BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, has donated 35,200 pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE) - PFF2 masks, fabric masks, face shields, aprons, pants and caps - and 540 test units for Covid-19 to Hospital Salvatoriano Divino Salvador in Videira.
The action is part of the BRL 50 million announced by BRF in April last year in donations in food, medical supplies and support for research and social development funds, to contribute to efforts to combat the effects of the pandemic. The initiative reaches hospitals, social assistance organizations and health professionals in the states and municipalities in which the company operates.
